INDUSTRY PARTNERS – GET INVOLVED
The industry community plays an important role in 2017 Associations @ Work success. Participating alongside others working with and for associations, you will engage in a combination of learning and content leadership as together we explore the latest trends, resources and opportunities related to association business administration. ELIGIBILITY POLICY 
The 2017 Associations @ Work is designed for finance, operations, and human resources professionals in trade associations, professional societies, other membership and donor-based nonprofit organizations, and consultants. Industry Partners can also participate alongside others working with and for associations, to engage in a combination of learning and content leadership, while exploring the latest trends, resources and opportunities related to association business administration.

INELIGIBLE REGISTRATIONS
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with any cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.

SPECIAL OFFERS/DISCOUNT CODES/ASAE ACCESS PASS
Use of discount codes are only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/ discounted registrations including Access Pass. Access Pass cannot be used in conjunction with a Small Staff discount. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.

ADDITIONAL REGISTRANT RATE (For Association Executives Only) 
In order to receive the discounted registration rate for additional registrants from the same association, all registrants must register using the same organization-based email domain. For example, if the first registrant registers using john@asaecenter.org, in order for the second registrant to receive the discounted rate, he/she must register using their @asaecenter.org email domain. Registrants using public domains (such as @gmail.com) will not receive the discounted additional registrant rate.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by September 15, 2017. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Attendees using Access Pass will have their points fully returned to their organization’s account up until September 15, 2017. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after September 15, 2017. After September 15 no Access Pass points will be returned and they cannot be transferred to another program. Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at registration@asaecenter.org. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than October 23, 2017. After that time, no refund considerations will be made. Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted! A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to registration@asaecenter.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

PAYMENT POLICY
Save when you register by September 15, 2017. Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of checks payable to ASAE, American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Contact the ASAE Registration Team (registration@asaecenter.org), if you require an electronic paper form to submit with your check payment. Please photocopy the registration form to register additional attendees (one form per attendee). Access Pass participants are responsible for any balance dues that are not covered by available organization points.

CONFIRMATION
If you register online, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from registration@asaecenter.org.  (Don’t forget to add us to your safe senders list!) If you mailed in your registration form and have not received a confirmation within 10 business days, please contact the Member Service Center at asaeservice@asaecenter.org.

OFFICIAL ATTENDEE ROSTER
Beginning about six weeks prior to the show, you will be able to find a live attendee roster on the conference website under the registration tab.

SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS
If you require special accommodations (dietary, mobility, etc.) to fully participate, please note this in your registration or email a written description of your needs to registration@asaecenter.org. 

CONSENT CLAUSE 
Registration and attendance at or participation in ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ASAE's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by ASAE and other third-parties, including but not limited to, the venue, the host city and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.
